Mr. Portnoy has been Chairman and Board Member of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) and The RMR Group LLC since its founding in 1986. Mr. Portnoy also serves on the Boards of several companies managed by RMR, including: Hospitality Properties Trust (Nasdaq: HPT), Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH), Select Income REIT (Nasdaq: SIR), Government Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: GOV), Five Star Senior Living Inc. (Nasdaq: FVE), TravelCenters of America LLC (Nasdaq: TA), RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE MKT: RIF) and Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Private). Prior to his full time commitment to RMR in 1997, Mr. Portnoy was a Partner and served as Chairman of the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Mr. Blackman is Executive Vice President of The RMR Group LLC and a member of the RMR Executive Operating Committee. Mr. Blackman is responsible for all office and industrial acquisitions, dispositions and asset management at RMR, as well as overseeing Tremont Realty Advisors LLC, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of RMR acquired in 2016. Ms. Francis has over 30 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Mee is Senior Vice President of The RMR Group LLC and Tremont Realty Advisors LLC, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of RMR acquired in 2016. Mr. Mee is a founder of Tremont’s predecessor business and currently oversees Tremont’s investment operations as well as investor relations. Mr. Mee has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding Tremont’s predecessor business in 2000, Mr. Mee was a Senior Director with Finova Realty Capital, where he generated debt and equity transactions with major real estate developers. Previously, Mr. Mee was a Regional Manager with The Rhodes Capital Company, a real estate investment banking firm based in New York City. Prior to Rhodes, Mr. Mee was a Senior Liquidation Specialist with the FDIC, managing distressed debt, REO assets and bank closings. Mr. Mee began his career at JP Morgan Chase Bank in New York City. Prior to joining RMR in 2002, Mr. Martin held positions as Director of Tax at Berkshire Realty Company, Inc. and spent over 10 years in the tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he primarily focused on tax planning and compliance for real estate and financial service clients. Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University.

Steve Miano, Vice President, Accounting

Mr. Miano is Vice President of The RMR Group LLC and is responsible for all accounting and accounting matters affecting hotel operations at RMR. In addition, Mr. Miano is Chief Financial Officer of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Private). Prior to joining RMR in 2016, Mr. Miano served as Chief Financial Officer of Commune Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Miano has over 23 years of experience in the hotel industry, including positions with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Corporation. Mr. Miano is a certified public accountant. Mr. Miano earned a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Katherine Potter, Vice President, Legal & Assistant General Counsel

Ms. Potter is Vice President, Legal and Assistant General Counsel of The RMR Group LLC and is responsible for legal matters affecting the RMR companies. In addition, Ms. Potter is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Five Star Senior Living Inc. (Nasdaq: FVE). Prior to joining Five Star in 2012, Ms. Potter practiced law at Sullivan & Worcester LLP and Burns & Levinson LLP, where she focused on corporate law matters, including securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other transactional matters. Ms. Potter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland at College Park, a Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and a LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University Law School.

David SanClemente, Vice President, Information Technology & Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Mr. SanClemente is Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) of The RMR Group LLC and is responsible for all information technology matters affecting RMR, its divisions and subsidiaries and its managed REITs. Mr. SanClemente joined RMR in 2008 and has been CIO since 2012. Prior to joining RMR, Mr. SanClemente held progressively senior IT positions at Comcast, Tufts Health Plan, PAREXEL, Oracle, IRI Software and Texas Instruments. Mr. SanClemente earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Marietta College.

Vern Larkin, Director of Internal Audit

Mr. Larkin is the Director of Internal Audit for The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR). Mr. Larkin also serves as Director of Internal Audit for all of the publicly traded companies managed by RMR, including: Hospitality Properties Trust (Nasdaq: HPT), Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH), Select Income REIT (Nasdaq: SIR), Government Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: GOV), TravelCenters of America LLC (Nasdaq: TA), Five Star Senior Living Inc. (Nasdaq: FVE) and RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE MKT: RIF). Mr. Larkin also serves as Chief Compliance Officer of RMR Advisors LLC, an SEC registered investment adviser, and RIF, an SEC registered investment company. In addition, Mr. Larkin is the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Internal Audit for Tremont Realty Advisors LLC, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of RMR acquired in 2016. Mr. Larkin was previously employed by FVE as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, as well as by RMR as a Senior Vice President, until 2012. Ann Logan , Independent Director

Ms. Logan was previously employed in various executive capacities at Fannie Mae, a U.S. Government sponsored enterprise with various classes of publicly owned securities, including as executive vice president of the single family mortgage business from 1998 to 2000 and as executive vice president and chief credit officer from 1993 to 1998. Since her employment at Fannie Mae, Ms. Logan has been involved in a number of nonprofit organizations, including serving on the boards of The Washington School for Girls and Georgetown Preparatory School and she currently serves as chair of the board of trustees of Bryn Mawr College. Ms. Logan previously served from 2005 to 2010 as a member of the board of directors of PHH Corporation where she was chair of the risk management committee and served on the audit and compensation committees. During 2014, Ms. Logan served on the board of trustees of Equity Commonwealth where she served on the audit, compensation and nominating and governance committees.

Rosen Plevneliev, Independent Director

Mr. Plevneliev is the former president of the Republic of Bulgaria, having served from January 22, 2012 to January 22, 2017. From 2009 to 2011, he served as Bulgaria's Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, overseeing the country's infrastructure, communications and development projects. Prior to government service, Mr. Plevneliev was a partner and chief executive officer of IRIS International Ltd, a construction management firm that he founded in 1990, and managed several prominent projects in Germany and Bulgaria, including the Reichstag, Munich Airport and the Sofia Business Park, the first business park in Bulgaria and the largest office park in southeastern Europe. Mr. Plevneliev is a former member of the board of directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, the board of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and the board of the "For Our Children" Foundation.

Walter C. Watkins, Jr. , Independent Director

Mr. Watkins is the principal of WCW Enterprises, LLC, which he founded in 2000 to provide business consulting services and manage certain private investments. Prior to founding WCW Enterprises, Mr. Watkins served in various executive capacities at Bank One Corporation from 1968 to 2000. Mr. Watkins served as the chief development officer for the City of Detroit from 2002 to 2006 and the interim chief executive officer of Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Watkins is a member of the board of Detroit Economic Growth Corporation. His past board affiliations include Health Alliance Plan, Detroit Medical Center, Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Southeast Michigan and Fisk University.

Adam Portnoy, Managing Director

Mr. Portnoy is President and Chief Executive Officer of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) and The RMR Group LLC. He is the Chair of the RMR Executive Operating Committee.
