Thomas Lorenzini Senior Vice President

Mr. Lorenzini is Senior Vice President of The RMR Group LLC, President of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) and Senior Vice President of Tremont Realty Capital, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of RMR acquired in 2016. Mr. Lorenzini previously served as Managing Director, Capital Markets and Senior Director, Capital Markets for Tremont Realty Capital. Mr. Lorenzini is a founding member of Tremont’s predecessor business and has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining Tremont’s predecessor business in 2000, Mr. Lorenzini served in various leadership roles at Finova Realty Capital and Belgravia Realty Capital.
