Yael Duffy

Ms. Yael Duffy serves as an Executive Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is a member of the RMR Management Committee. She is also a Managing Trustee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) and Office Properties Income Trust.

In her role, Ms. Duffy is a key contributor to the overall growth and success of RMR, setting the strategic vision and overseeing the performance of RMR’s extensive portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. She leads all aspects of asset and property management for this portfolio, including leasing, operational oversight and value-add initiatives, ensuring the commercial assets under management are positioned for optimal performance.

Ms. Duffy brings two decades of commercial real estate experience, with a deep specialization in asset management and leasing. Her career is distinguished by her leadership in managing large-scale, diversified commercial portfolios and executing complex leasing strategies that enhance long-term asset value. Since joining RMR in 2006, Ms. Duffy has played a central role in the growth and success of the firm's commercial property portfolio. Before her tenure at RMR, she worked at Spaulding & Slye, a leading full-service real estate firm, where she honed her skills in brokerage and advisory services.

Ms. Duffy is an active member of the Nareit Advisory Board of Governors and the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), contributing her industry expertise to these prominent real estate organizations. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from The Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
