Our platform and team experience helps us pursue multiple – and even divergent – strategies when the market requires. Our core/core+ strategy targets investments in stabilized assets located in what we feel are defensible markets with predictable cash flow, while our value-add strategy sources investment opportunities in assets with potential for increased value by making physical and operational improvements. In addition to current market analysis, we use technology and data from our own portfolio to forecast trends that influence our investment decisions and market focus.

With more than $594 million in funds raised, we have consistently raised and deployed capital since 2011 – managing fund vehicles through their full lifecycle and successfully communicating with investors.

RMR Residential’s Fund Management service has overseen the management of six closed-end, commingled multifamily real estate funds. The two earliest funds, Carroll Co-Invest Fund I, LP and Carroll Co-Invest Fund II, LP have been fully realized. The other four funds are still being actively managed.

Since launching RMR Residential’s Fund Management platform, there have been notable increases in commitment size in the transition from fund to fund, which we believe reflects RMR Residential’s growth, as well as investor demand.

ARIUM Living is the national residential operations arm of the company responsible for building experienced teams to execute business plans for the communities.

With the goal of maximizing investment returns, we set strategic plans for each investment and practice proactive follow-throughs. Asset and Property Management teams are actively engaged in providing leadership and oversight throughout the entire lifecycle of the investment. The team’s involvement enables strategic overlap and a collaborative environment that seeks to provide better strategic financial success for assets, investors and owners.

Paired with ARIUM’s #3 national aided awareness, we generate interest before the search begins and convert it efficiently.

Renter satisfaction: Reviews and reputation meaningfully influence AI‑ranked results and prospect trust. Our in‑house reputation team runs both automated and manual review‑solicitation campaigns to consistently lift NPS scores to an industry leading score of 40. This program - alongside ongoing service recovery workflows - strengthens search visibility, improves conversion quality and supports renewal rates.
