Ms. Fionda is a Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and leads talent strategy and development initiatives that support RMR’s high-performance culture and enhance organizational performance.
Prior to joining RMR in 2014, Ms. Fionda held leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, focusing on leadership development and performance management.
She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Regis College and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
