Ben Grippi

Mr. Grippi is a Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is responsible for leading a team focused on property technology solutions and innovation. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate, research and analytics. Prior to joining RMR in 2022, Mr. Grippi held a variety of roles in asset management, operations and quantitative strategy at MetLife Investment Management and Honeywell. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Rutgers Business School, with concentrations in Finance, Management, Global Business and Real Estate. Mr. Grippi is also a Member of the Board of Advisors of BLUME LLC, a consultancy specializing in technology and sustainability; Building Cyber Security (BCS); and Waypoint Building Group.
