Bryan Maher

Mr. Maher is a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is responsible for all investor relations activities affecting RMR and its publicly traded client companies: Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC), Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC), Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPIT), Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT) and Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN). Prior to joining RMR in 2025, Mr. Maher was a Senior Analyst and Managing Director at B. Riley Securities, where he provided equity research coverage for REITs and the lodging industry. Mr. Maher previously provided coverage for these sectors as well as gaming and leisure at Craig-Hallum Capital and Citadel Securities, following his role as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets. He has been named a top stock picker by The Wall Street Journal and Thomson Reuters, among other outlets, and was recognized as one of the "Most Trustworthy Analysts on Wall Street" by Money Magazine. Mr. Maher holds an M.B.A. from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Finance from Clemson University.
