Christopher Bilotto

Christopher Bilotto is an Executive Vice President of RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and a member of RMR’s Management Committee, where he plays a key role in shaping enterprise-wide strategy and overseeing the execution of complex real estate initiatives. In this capacity, Mr. Bilotto is responsible for acquisitions and dispositions supporting client companies, portfolio and asset management of all hotel and senior living properties, in addition to directing development and redevelopment activities across a geographically diverse U.S. portfolio. His responsibilities span investment strategy, capital raise and allocation, operational performance and long-term value creation for RMR and its managed companies.

Mr. Bilotto also serves as Managing Trustee, President and Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) and Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC), overseeing strategic direction, operational oversight and capital markets initiatives for both publicly traded real estate investment trusts. In these roles, he works closely with boards of trustees, management teams and external partners to drive performance, enhance asset quality and position the portfolios for sustainable growth.

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bilotto has held a series of leadership roles of increasing responsibility across RMR and its client companies. Prior to joining RMR in 2011, Mr. Bilotto worked at General Growth Properties (GGP), where he held management roles overseeing shopping mall and mixed-use assets throughout New Mexico, Arizona and California. His experience at GGP provided a strong foundation in large-scale asset operations and tenant relations as well as retail and mixed-use development.
