Jean DeFlorio

Ms. DeFlorio is a Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is responsible for the financial reporting and technical accounting matters for RMR and several of its managed REITs. Since joining RMR in 1997, she has held several senior positions in the accounting department, most recently as Senior Director. Ms. DeFlorio has more than 25 years of financial reporting and accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Stonehill College.
