Jonathan Veitch

Mr. Veitch has been an Independent Director of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) since 2020 and is Chair of the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee. He is President Emereti of Occidental College and previously served as President of Occidental from 2009 through 2022, where he also sat on the Board of Trustees and was a member of the Board’s audit committee. Prior to joining Occidental, Mr. Veitch held various leadership and management positions with The New School since 1996. He has received several grants and awards in academia and has authored numerous publications and articles. Mr. Veitch holds a doctorate in American History from Harvard University.
