Matthew Brown

Mr. Brown is an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is a member of the RMR Management Committee. He is also Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN), is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tremont Realty Capital, is Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) and previously was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI). Prior to joining RMR in 2007, Mr. Brown worked in the audit practice of Wolf & Company, a public accounting firm headquartered in Boston, MA. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is also a certified public accountant.
