Rob Lester

Mr. Lester is a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is responsible for residential investments. Prior to joining RMR in 2023, he was Head of Investment Management for the predecessor to RMR Residential. Previously, he held leadership roles at Blackstone/Park Hill Real Estate, Macquarie Group and Brookfield after beginning his career in corporate investment banking with BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Lester earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. He is a current member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and the Urban Land institute (ULI), as well as a past member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
