Sadler Walker

Mr. Walker serves as Vice President of The RMR Group and Chief Operating Officer of RMR Residential. He is responsible for the strategic oversight of asset management and day‑to‑day property operations for RMR Residential’s portfolio, ensuring that each asset meets performance objectives, operates efficiently, and aligns with the company’s investment and operational standards. Prior to becoming Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, he was Co-Head of Asset Management for RMR Residential, responsible for portfolio management, capital partner relations, and multifamily asset performance. Prior to joining RMR in 2023, Mr. Walker was Managing Director of Asset Management at RMR Residential’s predecessor company. Previously, he held roles at Aimco Apartment Homes, BAE Systems, and Wells Fargo. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from Wofford College.
