Sadler Walker

Sadler Walker serves as Vice President of RMR Group and Chief Operating Officer of RMR Residential. In these roles, he is responsible for the strategic oversight of asset management and day-to-day property operations across RMR Residential’s portfolio, ensuring assets achieve performance objectives, operate efficiently and align with the platform’s investment and operational standards. He oversees portfolio execution, operational performance and value creation initiatives that support the continued growth of RMR’s residential business.

Mr. Walker brings more than 16 years of experience across multifamily real estate, asset management, finance and operations. Throughout his career, he has overseen large-scale residential portfolios, driving operational excellence and maximizing asset performance through strategic portfolio management and capital planning.

Previously, Mr. Walker served as Co-Head of Residential Asset Management, where he was responsible for portfolio management, capital partner relations and multifamily asset performance. Prior to joining RMR, Mr. Walker served as Managing Director of Asset Management at the predecessor to RMR Residential, where he helped oversee portfolio performance and investment execution across the residential platform. Earlier in his career, he held finance and analytical positions at Aimco Apartment Homes, BAE Systems and Wells Fargo, building deep expertise in financial analysis, portfolio management and operational strategy.
