Thomas Lorenzini

Mr. Lorenzini is a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is responsible for mortgage loan investments. He is also President and Chief Investment Officer of Seven Hills Realty Trust (Nasdaq: SEVN) and Senior Vice President of Tremont Realty Capital, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of RMR acquired in 2016. He previously served as Managing Director, Capital Markets and Senior Director, Capital Markets for Tremont Realty Capital. Mr. Lorenzini has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Previously, he served in various leadership roles at Finova Realty Capital and Belgravia Realty Capital. Mr. Lorenzini earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
