Brian Donley Senior Vice President

Mr. Donley is a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR). He is also Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC) and Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI).  Mr. Donley has served in various finance and accounting leadership roles at RMR since 1997, including as former Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT).  He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, including expertise in corporate finance and reporting, mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and compliance.  Mr. Donley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management with an Accounting concentration from Westfield State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  He is also a certified public accountant.
