The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced that Government
Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: GOV), which is managed by the operating
subsidiary of RMR, has been recognized as a 2018 ENERGY STAR Partner of
the Year Award winner by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and
the U.S. Department of Energy.
In addition, five properties managed by the operating subsidiary of RMR
have recently been recognized for excellence by the Building Owners and
Managers Association (BOMA) and US Green Building Council (USGBC), as

These buildings are managed by The RMR Group LLC, on behalf of client
companies which own these buildings. The RMR Group LLC is responsible
for providing all aspects of property management services to more than
650 buildings with over 75 million rentable square feet of commercial
