The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced that Jennifer B. Clark
has been elected as a Managing Director of RMR effective March 28, 2018
to fill a vacancy on the Board.
Ms. Clark (age 56) is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and
Secretary of The RMR Group Inc. and The RMR Group LLC. Ms. Clark also
serves on the boards of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation
(Private), an RMR managed company, and RMR Advisors LLC, a wholly owned
subsidiary of RMR. Prior to joining The RMR Group in 1999, Ms. Clark was
a partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP where she had a
broad based real estate and finance practice.
