The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) today announced that the General Services Administration (GSA) signed a new 15-year lease for 10,176 square feet at 500 Marquette Avenue NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico to be occupied by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
The property is a 231,135 square foot 15-story Class A office building situated in the heart of Albuquerque's Central Business District. Sitting on 1.4 acres, 500 Marquette Avenue NW offers ample parking, tenant lounge and conference space as well as panoramic views of the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande River Valley. Tenants have easy access to city and county offices via a skywalk and are located within walking distance of a convention center and Federal, State and County Courthouses.
The property is managed by The RMR Group, which is responsible for providing all aspects of management services and strategy for more than 1,300 properties with over 93 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, medical office, life science and retail space.
The landlord was represented by Lucy Kitchin of JLL and Scott Whitefield of Colliers. The tenant was represented by Savills Inc.
